I said during the bye week waiting for the playoffs and you either know that or are being obtuse because you even argued against yourself in trying to argue with with me.
I was making a point that we had a great draft, we had a great season, we had a bye week and home field advantage through the playoffs and people...like you...were making threads complaining about stuff.
..so again...Spare me ...sound familiar?

I correctly stated that this type of self-evaluation of past drafts (complaining as you call it) occurs all the time in the Cowboys front office. Yes, even during a bye week or lead up to a playoff game.
You combatively replied,
"no they are working on game plans and personnel for the up coming games."
Stephen Jones:
“McClay and I put our heads together
all the time—How are we gonna be better next year?” Jones said over the phone on Tuesday night. “The parts we did miss, why? And believe it or not, we’re saying, ‘How did it happen that happen that we took [Charles] Tapper ahead of Dak [Prescott]? Gotta be better than that. How do we learn from those situations, so we can be better in the future?”
That's how successful front offices work, they multitask and are in a constant state of self-evaluation. No idea why you'd think everyone at The Star would be focused like a laser beam on game planning for this upcoming game. That's not Stephen Jones or Will McClay's job duties.
If our front office can nitpick a successful '16 draft, I think fans on a discussion forum should be able to bring up lost opportunities re: less successful drafts without being labeled as complainers. Unless you think Stephen Jones is complaining as well.
