So if the Titans offered pick 15 and all 3 of their second round picks for pick 4, would you do it?

I don't have a copy of the trade chart with me, so I don't know how the points work out for this.

Yes. You can probably get Lynch at 15, then you'd have 4 2s. Plenty of solid corner, DT, WR, and RB options in the top half of round 2.
