Bro just cut to some old footage of a game.

Quit making McFarland and Schefter talk about this
That is very awkward. I feel for Suzy Kolber. She's having to fill the air with something to say.
I think they need to give all three of them a break. Two-minute segments then cut to something else.

Just tuned in, sad to hear.

Strange but I seem to remember seeing a soccer game this past year where something similar happened - the player just collapsed - they gave him CPR, as soon as I saw that I though the was done - long story short - he turned out to be OK - hoping the same here.

It was Christian Erickson. He had a heart attack, and, thankfully, he still plays. He's currently with Manchester United.

i cut it off for the night and if they actually go out there and play tonight at anytime the NFL should be called into question
This would be a HUGE PR blow to the NFL if it continues this game.

One thing everyone should remember: good CPR that is effective and lifesaving will usually break ribs. That’s just the reality.

If you are ever doing it and you don’t feel like you’re about to push a hole through someone’s chest, you’re not doing it right.

Just saw a video of the ambulance getting on the road to the hospital. It’s just kind of meandering. Huge sinking feeling right now.

They need to just cancel the game already. Because unless the guy comes running back into the locker room, there is no way these guys can go back out there mentally.
i wouldnt allow him to even walk back in the locker room he would stay in the hospital atleast 1 week

The concerns for this young man are far reaching and legit. I do not see this game continuing, even with word from the hospital that he is stable and out of danger. No one cares what Goodell and the NFL has to say at this point.

Same thing happened in soccer a year or so ago but I think they got him breathing right one the field but that had to administer CPR. I don’t remember if they finished the game. I think it was a Denmark player.

Christian Eriksen, who is back to playing soccer now. Hopefully, Damar Hamlin's story has a similar pattern.

If they continued playing,...could you imagine Troy and Joe being on the mics, and going back to being an entertaining TV persona? That would actually be harder than playing football probably

the sad thing is i believe the nfl thinks any press is good press but sometimes you have to do the humane thing and cancel it

I run a school and best believe if something like this happens on school grounds i close it down for the day yeah we take a finicial hit but whats more important?

Goodell will confer with the teams as to play or not. At this point, probably not a good idea to continue. It has been almost an hour. The players will not and can not give the same effort.

Delay it until tomorrow and pick up at the same point. Then the games they play on Sunday, delay until Monday possibly.

that’s fine but remember all the people there paid to see the game. Spent whatever money to travel there. That’s needs to be in the equation as well

Don't think it's in the equation. And how many of them want to watch more football tonight? I bet few do. They stay in the stands more out of concern.
