Browns need a better playcaller,what the heck are they running?

They promoted their OC from last year to HC, and he's still calling plays. But with the addition of OBJ he's running more wide sets and passing more, which isn't how they put together a nice streak to end last season.

They didn't need OBJ. Adding him to a second year QB and first year HC creates more headaches than solutions. Instead of just running offense, they've gotta worry about keeping the diva happy.
