One issue Baker has is he's too much the opposite of dink and dunk. He's always going for lower percentage deep and medium-deep balls. Won't check down. And those deeper passes take longer, thus he gets sacked a lot.

He has a lot of Jamis Winston in him in my opinion.

People get wrapped up in the big throws while ignoring he doesn't do the little things good QBs do to win.
