MNF: Patriots - 17 vs Saints - 38 Game Thread

You're right, that is a bad attitude to have. Neither defense is doing much to stop the other, the Patriots interception is what is keeping this game from being a back and forth shootout. Our offense, if Garrett allows, is able to chew up yards and clock. Tune it December 19th and I think you may pleasantly surprised at how our team performs

Our offense can eat the clock? You may not have noticed but the majority of our offense comes from big plays, not grinding it out.

Not saying we can't beat them but considering we're converting about 30% of our third downs over the last 3 weeks, we could easily get blown out if the offense and defense don't show up.

Execution is a MAJOR flaw of ours, and it needs to get better in December if we're gonna have a shot.

Why do I find myself rooting for the Saints when a Patriot victory would benefit the Cowboys to a far greater degree?

I don't agree going for it here.

Why not. You kick a FG, you're still down 2 scores.

If they fail, odds are they will be giving the Saints a longer field.

This is really like the game when we played New Orleans that Katrina year - Mike MacKenzie playing out of his mind...and then reverting back to his below average/average form the following week.

Next possession the Pats could slaughter McKenzie on a double move.

Make it a 10 pt game there. Get some momentum. Bad decision.

Yep. Cuz if Moss had run an out and up, that would've been a TD.

Tends to happen when you can't videotape the other teams' signals anymore.

Funny how the Pats were so adamant that they never taped the opposing team's offensive signals, and then were proven that they lied about that and then their defense hits mediocrity.

YAKUZA

Funny how that works out... ;)

Looks like New Orleans is looking to run it out this drive...probably lull the defense to sleep before going over the top again.

Not sure, you're insane maybe? :lmao:

I can see where you're coming from, I HATE the Patriots and especially Tom Brady. I hate that ****ing male Barbie Doll. I love seeing them lose. And the Saints are getting home field advantage anyway, so let them win all they want now. When we beat them in the playoffs, that's all that will matter. :laugh2:
