No, there was a receiver in the area. The LOS thing only matters if he's outside the tackle box: if you're inside it and there's no receiver, it's grounding regardless.

Intent doesn't matter. QBs can airmail it 30 feet over a receiver's head but it ain't grounding.

But from this distance the chances of the kicker making it are over 95%
