We need to look at some Practice squads for some serviceable CBs.

They are still waiting to see how he recovers. MRI in 3 weeks to see if surgery is needed.
Wonder why not right away.
Annoying know anything about this type of injury. I guess to see if piece of broken bone causes any other damage or is a pain tolerance issue.

Just heard on red zone channel that Mo told reporter that he "chipped a bone in his pelvis" and will be "out a couple more weeks." have no idea what to believe.

He wasn't due back until at least the Vikings game, and I figured more like the Giants game.
So we really won't know until around then.
As we would get the standard day to day answer anyway.

This is a very big loss. It was between him and Lee for defensive player of the year. We are very thin. Very thin with cover guys.

There's a Veteran CB Store™? Why haven't we shopped there before?

We should have in 2014 so we wouldn't have to rely on a player who didn't want to be there.

I think paying Cortland Finnegan, Keenan Lewis, Antonio Cromartie, Blidi Wreh Wilson or Cary Williams $800,000 to not see Leon McFadden play meaningful minutes would be worth it. We currently have Brandon Carr, a rookie who has been playing well, Scandrick the softy and Leon McFadden. If one of those guys go down you have Jeff Heath taking snaps at corner. I'd rather hope that a vet with starting experience can play the 4th corner than rely on a practice squad guy in the playoffs.
