Trade up with Cle picks 6, 39, 107 for picks 12, 20, and 152.

6. Downs - it has been said that the big nickel is the most important position in this Defense. I was tempted to wait til pick 9 to make the trade but felt unsure that Downs would still be available plus pick 39 is fine for what I want with my second pick and moving up to 107 from 152 is a nice bonus.

Pick 39 JRod. The biggest glaring weakness is at inside LB. It was between JRod and Hill for me. JRod creates turnovers and that would be huge for our defense.

Pick 92. Dani Dennis-Sutton Edge another need addressed by an underrated prospect with huge upside and a ton of athleticism.

Pick 107. Rene Konga NT. The team seems high in him. Another athletic freak and we need more inside help.

Pick 112. Harold Perkins JR. High upside at a position of need. Injury history is a concern but between him and Overshown hopefully one of them is healthy at all times.

Pick 177. Markel Bell OT. Backup OT to groom as insurance.

Pick 180. Adam Randall RB. A little lightning to pair with Williams Thunder. Has fresh legs for a RB.

Pick 218. Domani Jackson CB. High upside corner from a good program that faced tough competition and has elite speed.

Trading up for a safety just isn't worth it.

I still fail to see why Cleveland would be interested at all in this type of trade. They don't get anything out of it.

The points are even. They are targeting Freeling OT and are actively seeking a trade down.

Don't know what trade value chart your using in this trade but Dallas would be winning that trade by a ton.
Using Draftek Trade chart
6=1600
39=510
107=80 2190pts

12=1200
20=850
152=30 2080pts

They would be giving up 110pts in value to Dallas, that's roughly a late 3rd round pick.

The trade that fits better for both teams would be
6=1600
39=510
107=80 2190pts

12=1200
20=850
92=132 2182pts

It would still slightly skew towards the Cowboys but the Browns would get the extra 5th year option so I could see them letting that 8 points slide.

I was using the points on the PFF simulator. If I remember right it was 614 points vs 611.

I’ll say we start D. Bailey at 6

If they trade down it would be for Bailey, not a Safety.

They move up to 20 from 39 and can still get a good offensive player at 12.

We are on the same page! Biggest question, does downs get past the Giants?

That would seem more realistic to me. Giving up a top 10 pick to drop to 12 is a big deal.

Jacob or Hill getting to 39 might be a reach.
