I think you're right about them in Run support. Good point. I'd prefer to
have their pass coverage skills.

Hamilton's and Roy's run support skills weren't that impressive this year: Grant blowing by them and Detroit's RB blowing by them because of poor angles. Roy collars people because he can't even get in position to tackle let alone the thunderless shoulder whiffs he throws.

Hamlin is decent in run support. In fact, he used to be called the "Hammer" in Seattle. Henry has always been a good run support CB because he has good size and bulk.

Remember Parcell kept teaching Watkins to "tackle" properly instead of using his shoulder and going low. So imaging Watkins trying to tackle Jacobs...

Roy....I can't defend him. It's too bad for us.

Henry is not a SS. Maybe a FS, and you could move Hamlin to SS, but I don't see that happening this year, or anytime relatively soon.

If you didn't have that signature, I'd be offended about you calling my idea
silly. In this pass happyNFLwonderland, a linebacker at SS is not what we need. Do you really have a problem with Watkins at FS and Henry at SS?

FS and SS are no longer need to be distinquished. You can't have a linebacker that runs 4.6 playing SS. Henry could play SS because it doesn't
matter that he doesn't weigh 220. :banghead:

Cromartie hasn't done **** during his years in college. It's funny how a meaningless senior bowl practice turns this guy into a possible top 3 pick. Maybe he's already a lock to get drafted 1st overall. And since his name is Cromartie he will end up just like the other Cromartie. In his 2nd year he will make the Pro Bowl as well with 10 picks, i know.:lmao2:

No offense, but continue to play madden and let the real GMs take care of this. The last time somebody tried to hype a player because of his senior bowl performance was 2006 (Matt Jones). That worked out REAL well did it not? :lmao2:

Rodgers-Cromartie will be a 3rd-4th round pick, mark it down.

First, I don't play Madden
Second, it's cute how you can fulminate someone while avering at the same time. Are you a GM? Gossimer Man, maybe?

Here's some reading for you, and by the way, most experts have him ranked as third or fourth best corner in the draft. Oh, and you're right the fact that he's related to another NFL player with the same last name doesn't influence scouts into thinking he'll produce similar numbers. Family names and body types are not factors. Keep crying :p:

I'd bet Cromartie will be a first round pick, or early 2nd at worst.

Give Watkins a shot at FS. It's his third year and he has the speed and height to take center field.

Watkins over Moss.
