Future picks shopuld be moved as in real life to simply move up a bit.
Trading a 3rd next year to move up 3 spots because a GM says if no one moves up he is taking Mike Williams for instance.
The GMs will evaluate every trade and not allow any trades as dumb as what Mike Lynn or Mike Ditka made. Those guys are NFL exes for a reason.
With this much time between choices you SHOULD smokescreen ALOT. Send out PMs to the other owners and talk up guys you want or dont want.
When grading how GMs do overall the guys with future picks will get credit for that as next year's draft is reportedly a lot stronger. Everyone in Dallas knows how nice it is to have 2 1sts right now and how it sucked to have none those years when that was the case so even if you are fired, you can be dogcussed long after the fact.
All that said, do not deal in future picks if it seems contrary to the goal of the mock for you. In every mock I've seen posters go overboard with trades when allowed so some old school pick em when you got em will help balalnce that alot.
