ahhh yes, the trade bug is catchy, effecting everyone in it's path and on this rainy Sunday in South Carolina it has found a way to infect itself in between SDogo Mock V4 and Sdogo Mock V5. Good news is, we expect a full recovery before V5 comes out.

Symptoms include:

RD 1 (27): Iupati is gone, Earl Thomas was picked so long ago he is actually on a plane to his new team and Dez Bryant found a taker, all rumors of his drop were exaggerated. Jerry works the phones and starts a bidding war between his good friend Mike Holmgren with the Cleveland Browns all while suffering a little Deja-Vu while chatting with the Buffalo Bills. In the end, it's time to give Cleveland a shot. In exchange for the 27th pick in Round 1 the Cowboys pick up the Browns pick in the 2nd round #6 (38th overall), one of the Browns three 3rd round picks #21 (85th overall) and to sweeten the deal to put the Brown over the Bills Mike throws in one of the Browns four 5th round picks #15 (146th overall). Cleveland goes on to take Texas QB Colt McCoy.

RD 2 (38): Dexter McCluster, WR, Mississippi

RD 2 (59): Sean Lee, ILB, PSU

Round 3: Jerry gets a call from Cincinnati. We could of had a 1st round pick for him last year, instead those dang Bengals get him for a 3rd this year. Bennett is tweeting his way to Black and Orange hearts of Bengals fans every where.

RD 3 (84): Dorrin Dickerson, TE/FB, Pittsburgh

RD 3 (85): Mike Neal, DT/DE, Purdue

RD 3 (90): Amari Spivey, CB, Iowa

RD 4 (125): Marshall Newhouse, OG, TCU

RD 5 (146): Jerry gets a call from his old and I mean old friend Al Davis. All has his eye on a 40 time, offers up the Cowboys original pick in the 5th round #27 (158th overall) and there 7th round pick #8 (215th overall)

RD 5 (158): This time the phone lights up with a call from a familar face. Mr Parcells is on the other line. The deal was easy, Bill spouted garbage and Jerry spouted it back. Done deal. The Dolphins get pick 158 in the 5th and Dallas lands #4 (173rd overall) and #10 (179 overall) in the 6th round.

RD 6 (173): Arthur Moats, OLB, James Madison

RD 6 (179): LeGarrette Blount, RB, Oregon

Rd 6 (182): This time Jerry pulls the trigger to move up. A FS option that has dropped peaks his interest. He calls the 49ers and makes a deal. SF picks up #196 in Round 6 and #215 in Round 7 for their kindness.

Rd 6 (182): Myron Rolle, SS, Florida ST

RD 7 (234): J'Marcus Webb, OT, West Texas A&M

Sorry guys, this is what lack of football, poor weather and draft anxiety will do too a guy:eek::

Just wondering, not only to you but to everyone... What would we do with Dickerson? Yeah, he's fast, but he's also 225 lbs. What role does he have? I don't see one.

H-Back. Hybrid TE/Fullback...eliminates the need for Deon Anderson on the roster and at the same time is more athletic and more of a threat.

He wouldn't eliminate the need for Cricket or any real fullback. No 225 pounder is going to lead block anyone in this league.

and replaces marty b as he traded him away for a pick less than his original and picked up a guy the bengals could have just used the pick on in the first place

I agree. Sure it's nice that Dickerson runs 4.4, but that's not necessarily what I look for in a FB. If he's fast enough, I could see him in the slot or at H-Back, but I don't understand the fullback talk.

I do like it. Sean lee is going to be a beast.

But there we go again trading a TE right before the draft..only to draft another one in the top 3 rounds..

And one lineman? I don't count 7th round lineman as anything since they are about a 95% bust rate.

dickerson is a specimen of athletic wonder, but he has suffered from a case or two of the dropsies in college.

I am one of the biggest Mccluster supporters around..I absolutely LOVE this kid..However, is there room for this guy on our team? I know he can play WR as well as RB but he seems to be more of a RB than a WR to me..I just cant see us drafting this kid, which really upsets me

I dont think your giving Dallas enough credit. From everything I hear if Jerry has his way and things fall into place you could be a real happy guy.

I would be absolutely thrilled if we landed him..how do you suppose we would use him if we did draft him?

I would imagine like Minny uses Percy.

Look at all the weapons they have. They still manage to get him the ball.

I think you would see him all over the place to be honest.

From what I heard Garrett has wet dreams thinking about finding a player of his caliber to use on quick screen much like he used Tree towards the end of last year.

I think he could spell the RB trio and take 2 or 3 snaps a game.

He could add a new dimension to the wild cat.

I think he can simply line up and play WR, he is going to demand attention from the defense.

Lastly, just because he did not return kicks in college does not mean he is not capable. It's a terrible misconception about him to be honest. Even his college coach said he probably could of been the most dynamic returner in the NCAA but they could not risk the wear and tear.

This is the guy that I want man..I just wasn't sure he was a good fit, mainly because I dont see him getting carries at all..but if he can play the majority at WR and make it work, that would be perfect

Nice effort, but just as a practical matter, do you really believe 10 draft picks make this squad? And only two OL?

No way Dallas carries 4 RBs. Another OLB? I guess you are assuming alot of these guys can be stashed on the practice squad? Or do you think a bunch of vets get cut? Or maybe all of the above?

If anything, maybe draft 4 OL and have wholesale cuts there.
