I think I'm the only single mod on staff.

Guys I've dated since I've been on this board are Cowboys haters. They know I'm a mod, so that can make it worse. They didn't make an issue out of me being on the board.

The primary issue is/was because I'm too vocal about my knowledge of the game. I haven't learned the art of letting the guy win a debate. It's hard for me to just let a guy be wrong...or even be tactful when letting him know how wrong he is. I'm working on it, tho.

At first a guy will be impressed by my knowledge. Then when he finds out that I know more about the game than what you watch on ESPN, then it becomes a problem.

also, do they know you guys have modships on here? and do you guys work in shifts? will there ever be a situation where all mods will be doing their own thing, and not on here? if so, who will be put in charge?

To answer some of these questions..

We don't work on shifts. We all do our own things. It might not seem like it, but every one of us have full lives away from here. Relationships, jobs, travel, family tragedies, etc. The board is a hobby and the day it becomes more than that, then that's when we'll step down.

Any mod can manage the site when they're online. The more administrative stuff is handled by Hostile and then Reality.

Ultimately, this is Reality's baby, but he gives alot of latitude to the staff in managing the site.

She photographs well...It's another way of letting people know that I'm female. Plus, I just like to be simple and consistent.
