Mahomes pocket movement is unreal. Steps up, steps back, moves side to side, always buys time and completes passes. Unreal.
He doesn't get rattled often... still an actual fun thing for him as well as a job.

Supposedly has a photographic memory though. So that is why he remembers ever defense. I read that or saw it in a video I forget which.
I actually tend to believe it.

I’ve never heard that. He certainly didn’t have it at Texas Tech. Lol

Not how the QB position is to be played. Sandlot play.
Typically true... but with 3 rings already, I think Andy knows it is the best way for him to play, fast and loose.
They did get him to dial it down a lot though over the past 2 seasons.

A QB not able to move and buy some time to throw? That is the way the QB should play when he needs more time. And going for a three peat is not bad for a sandlot player. Wish we had one.

Patrick Mahomes, quarterback for the Kansas City Chiefs, is known for his exceptional memory, which some describe as photographic:

Recalling formations
Mahomes can recall formations without knowing what they are. During a training camp play installation, head coach Andy Reid tested Mahomes by calling a play without telling him the formation. Mahomes was so thrown off that he couldn't remember the formation.

Eidetic memory
His father, Patrick Mahomes Sr., describes Mahomes' memory as eidetic, which is the ability to recall images from memory with precision, even after only one viewing.

He needs to get his butt knocked out. . That’ll slow him down.

Not sure why he needs a memory. He Ad-Libs on almost every play. Lol

That's worth more than just 1 like but I couldn't find the key for double like.
