Carr was an exceptional talent, drafted first overall out of Fresno. Dak was a 4th round pick because he didn't have the arm talent of a 1st round player. How did it translate on the field?

Yes and how many "strong armed" quarterbacks had limited success in the NFL? Many.

Dak already in 5 seasons has more Yards (+3000), TD's (+40 already) than Carr did in almost 10. So far Dak's QBR is 97.3 vs Carr's career 74.9. Yeah to me throwing in a bar doesn't mean much.

Of course I'd rather see Dak do better at that type drill who wouldn't? But the proof as a QB will ultimately be in the pudding. Dak's FAR from done.

Carr could throw the ball but he was generally a clueless field reader and game manager. Very weak knowing what defenses were doing. There is a lot that makes a QB.
