The owner/GMs decisions and mismanagement have no affect on the games, guys!
This game was a winnable game. Nothing the FO can do at that point.

Overall decisions in the off season does affect the team. However, if they sign a few players everyone wants, that doesn't mean a few other players are off the team because of that.
So could end up being the same results.

It still comes down to coaching and game plans. And last I seen all these players some fans wanted, aren't making huge impacts for their teams either.

This is a year when a lot of streaks have come to an end. CMC's TD scoring streak ended, No NFC East repeat champs since forever will end. Hurt's 14 games winning against winning teams ended, the Cowboys not losing 2 consecutive games since 2021 ended and others I can't remember. Maybe the Cowboys streak of not getting to the NFC championship game will end this year too.

Wish It was the case . Super Bowl teams don’t make so many sloppy mistakes and are tops in penalties. Offense is stale . It is another almost but not good enough roster and the 29 year wait continues, sadly .

I saw some good fight in the team last night but it is not enough.

The refs are against us. It's terrible , just because we lineup in the neutral zone or grab somebody's face mask and spin their head around, I'm telling you, it's horrible.
Yep, esp when they save our drives with those P/I penalties.......terrible indeed!!! :muttley:

Lmao, this guy must have not watched our games against playoff bound teams where we look like the team we truly are. And don't tell me about the Philly game, they've been a dumpster fire for a month.

Jerry Jones and sports team owners similar to him are exceptions to the general rule of business. Small businesses. Medium sized businesses. Large corporations. It's all smiles when everything goes the way everyone wants. For consumers. For business owners.

Opinions change when results do not make everyone happy though. When projected goals fall short or go unmet, for customers and business owners alike. That is when the finger pointing starts and ends up directed at managers of a business. At supervisors. At department heads. At administrators. At CEO's.

Whether justified or not, someone usually ends up the fall guy--except when the fall guy controls their fate. This is why Jones is the general manager of the Dallas Cowboys despite the reasonable assumption he would have lost that title and responsibility no later than Dave Campo's firing.

My question is why? Sure. Jones can do whatever he wants and does. Change is usually good though. It is what business adopts seeking to achieve better results. So why is it that change can happen at ALL levels of the Dallas Cowboys franchise, from the perspective of its consumers a.k.a. the fans, except Jones and his DNA prodigy as far as some fans are concerned?

Why is it that Jones cannot be the fall guy? Everyone has been. Why is he the exception for some? The explanation is that he is, supposedly, so hands off from managing the franchise that it is ridiculous to consider him stepping down. Thing is, thousands upon thousands of managers in other businesses have been canned despite similar degree of direct involvement with internal operations.
.
Or is it just because he seems to be such a good guy that it would be wrong to think of him stepping down, for any reason, and simply be the President and Owner of a multibillion dollar NFL franchise. Those would be unfair concessions for anyone in his position to accept. Wouldn't it? I mean, practically anyone else in his shoes would be forced to look for another job and have no guarantee of getting one. Right?

I always love these stats.

”When McCarthy last one a Super Bowl, he ate a Big Mac meal from McDonalds!”

”The last time Dallas won a Super bowl they played a game in December and lost“
Right?

Stupid *** stuff.

But the thing is the Cowboys season will end wildcard weekend.
