The top 5 list shows that it's really all about big stadiums and luxory boxes. Luxory box revenues aren't included in revenue sharing ... all the money that is generated from them goes uncut right into the owner's pocket. It's guaranteed money too, since most people have to sign multiple year leases.

One more thing, while I enjoy the fact that once again Dallas is atop the value list, I still prefer Championships to that any day. I'd gladly welcome dead last in value if it meant we were winning Championships and other teams weren't.

I want 7 or 8 before anyone else gets to 6. Hell, I want 10 before anyone else gets to 6. I'm greedy.

Lastly, most of the teams have Jerry Jones to thank for the rise in value of their franchises anyway. His savvy marketing practices shot the entire NFL forward in value. Don't believe it, ask owners who have been around pre-Jerry Jones.

It never bothered me that the Commanders were number 1. We were ahead of them in Championships and in head to head series. Far more pride and value in that for me. Don't get me wrong, I like this very much.

They have one of the biggest and best stadiums in the NFL... Fans buy their merchandise and come out to the games big time.
