Not sure about you guys, but I woke up and still felt extremely sick about this loss. I've never had a Cowboy loss affect me like this, even the 44-6 loss last year. I think it's because I know it can be easily fixed. I was tough on Romo last night but I do believe his problems and decision making can be fixed. He needs accountability. He needs a Mike Singletary. He needs a Mike Holmgren.

I really hate to make the cliche' comparison to Eli but he had the same thing going until 2007. Fans wanted him out of town because he couldn't get it down and turned the ball over like crazy. The only difference is that he has Tom Coughlin and we have Wade Phillips. I just hate how he'll never grow under this coaching staff.

These stupid mistakes are so easily fixable. If there's double coverage, don't throw it Romo!. If your leading by 4 with all the momentum on your side on your 46 yard line, don't chuck it up Romo!!. It's seriously that simple. Game management.

We:

Had four turnover's
Gave up 400+ yards
Couldn't stop supposedly weak receivers
Had no pass rush
Had tons of mental mistakes
Had only 4 penalties, but each were critical mistakes at terrible times
Were outcoached

Yet we only lost by 2 in the waning seconds.

Giants need to be worried as well.

The Giants don't need to be worried about anything. They got a W. It's not about how you look doing it.

Ya I was disappointed in that Eagles loss. This is the first time I've been angry at this team. I never really understood the coach bashing, but it hit me like a ton of bricks last night.

OMG! If you weren't angry after Philly last year you didn't have a pulse. This was brutal but that was disgraceful.

They gave up 250+ yards rushing! Most in the first half before Tuck got hurt. They also had no sacks.

A win by only two points when you get +4 turnovers would have me worried.

This is why, if we don't have a successful year -- and it's way too early to say we won't after just two games -- I think Holmgren is a must. He's coached Romo's idol Favre and he has the skins on the wall to get Romo's attention.

Bottom line, if we fail this year the future has to be all about salvaging Tony Romo, because we're only going to go as far as he takes us. And it will take a new voice -- four more years of Garrett won't work.

Since our last playoff victory in 1995, I have experienced a bunch of mornings just like this one......you would think I was be used to it, however, this has the same symtoms and the only cure is the next Cowboy victory.:)

I was thinking the same thing about Eli. he was almost run out of town and Romo was the epitome of a franchise QB. But fortunes change in the NFL.

I'm not over this game but I'm glad that it's still early in the season. No one expected us to go 16 and 0 and we lost to a tough division rival. Romo's also going to have more games like yesterday; that's just the way it is and it's the style of football he plays. But I still think that we'll win a hell of a lot more with Romo than we'll lose when it's all said an done.

In any event, it'll be more interesting to see if a game like this demoralizes Romo or will he bounce back and lead his team, on a Monday night, with a national audience, at home and against an opponent that needs a win in the worst way. I think that'll be more telling.

I feel you. I woke up thinking...did that really happen last night?

I feel like an idiot, again. Wade, Romo, the defense fooled me again. I took the bait. Nothing is different with this team. I love my Cowboys but i know what this season has in store for me. I don’t see a quick fix. I see something deeper that is disturbing.

But we got "oh well, do better next time" Wade Phillips. Doubt Garrett lights a fire in him. You look at Shaun Hill. Turns the ball over ALOT, then Singletary comes along and teaches him the value of turnovers. He manages the game and doesn't make the stupid mistakes he used to.

They are 2-0 and have Tampa, Kansas City and Oakland on deck to get tuned up in. They're about to start 5-0 with 2 divisional wins, what is there to be worried about?

If I was the coach ..... they would all be running this morning at 5' clock.

All except Rat, James, Igor, Brooking, Davis, Colombo, Kosier, Gurode, Folk, Buelher, McBriar, Barber, Choice, Witten, and Cricket.

The rest would have a 2/day today.
