This, why not Beasley?!?!?! (maybe he's not one of JJ's boys?)

Beasley is 5 foot nothing with average speed.

He isn't a physical threat at all.

You put 3 of him on a field and the defense crushes you.

Dez Bryant is a physical freak who lacks polish and mental toughness.

One of these guys 'can' be a great WR, the other can be a 3rd down slot guy.

Only in Dallas would 80 receptions and 1000 yards get you kicked out.

Only in Dallas are you allowed to keep your starting job after causing multiple picks and not knowing your routes.

Only in Dallas is a QB allowed to make the same mistakes since 2006 and given the benefit of the doubt that at 33 he's going to change.

No, Julio Jones is a physical freak. Dez Bryant is muscular with average speed.

Only in Dallas is a coach whose offense is struggling to score 20 points a game considered an "offensive genius."

We can keep this up all day. ;)

Actually not, I am leaving in 5 mins.

Hahaha. That was actually really good.

Man...I miss the 90s so much. I will probably shed a tear watching "A Football Life: Jimmy Johnson" tomorrow. I'm almost tempted to NOT watch because of how emotional I'll probably be. Heck, I was borderline emotional watching "Americas Game: The 1995 Cowboys." I have it DVR'd and watch it during the off season to build anticipation for what at the time I feel is going to be a great season. Of course, the Cowboys disappoint me as the season actually begins.

Haven;t won a ring since I was 9...I'm about to turn 27 in January.

Sorry just rambling while at work. I'm frustrated. Can't ya tell? :(

I think Mort meant to say that Garrett is a "Complete Disaster". I love Dez as an NFL player. He is tough and he just wants to Win & Compete. He needs a Coach that can maximize his ability. At this present moment, Garrett/Robinson have failed Dez.

A lot of truth in this part of your post: He needs a Coach that can maximize his ability.

The years just keep clicking by but the mediocrity and dysfunction continues.

And here are your Dallas Cowboys folks. This "leakage" is so much more of an indictment against this franchise than anything disappointing that's happened on the field. Just as things are rolling downhill coming off a string of tough losses, you've got "prominent executive officials" leaking negative stuff about your controversial star WR. Nice! :banghead:

Right on the head man. So now that the team is a complete mess, lets blame our star WR?

Julio Jones is an even bigger physical freak but both are freaks just the same.

Dez does not have average speed. He is a 4.5 guy that weighs 225 pounds with zero bodyfat even though he has no real cardio regimen and reportedly eats terribly.

The play he failed to make against the Giants which almost won that game detail his unreal athleticism. He beat a double team, caught the ball and took a big hit while keeping possession. He gets his pinky in bounds and no one is complaining about Dez the rest of this season.

Julio was a top 10 pick. If you want to replace Dez be ready to go draft that high again.

Cowboys fans have turned into a bunch of crying whiny babies and it is a sad sad lot of people. It was easier to watch those pathetic Campo teams than deal with this largely entitled, miserable fan base.
