Randy Moss for a 4th
Joey Galloway for 2 #1s

Different grades of desperation I guess.

Did I compare him too Joey Galloway? They also drafted some thugs this year in the draft.

We will see ......

Desperation BS? The Patriots are going in an all out desperate attempt to win now ..... they have never drafted and traded for thugs before this year so Yes it is a sign of them being desperate. Its the same kinda thing we did in the late 90's .....

and they are also going on Moss's word that he will restructure his contract worth almost 10 million this year. Maybe you forgot that part :lmao2:

The Patriots have had a solid offseason and it's far from over. They are now, imo, the best team in the NFL on paper. However, this also translates into a "Super Bowl Championship or Bust" season for New England. Only significant injuries may be used to explain any other outcome other than raising the Lombardi trophy next February.

Reminds me of the Laker "Super team" from a few years ago ....

That did not turn out like they wanted it too either.

...that NE feels it has limited chances left with Brady to make an impact on the SuperBowl race.

Availability and opportunity has collided with desire in NE. The upcoming season will tell if they played their cards right.

Haha this will not end up well for the Pats. Say all you want about T.O but when it comes to playing football he will do anything to make sure he puts his best performance on the field every single sunday. while Moss quits on his team like its nothing. not only is he mentally unstable but all he wants to do is go deep and really has turned into a shell of his former self. the Pats are all about the short passing game and haha that will be the day when u see Moss go over the middle consistently. really does show Pats are getting desperate...

Wow getting Randy Moss for a 4th Round pick is unbelievable!

I'm happy as hell that Dallas took a pure pass rusher to get after Brady along with D-Ware!

Trading Moss was a cap decision and they got the best they could have gotten for him if the trade goes through. Is he a primma donna, well id TO a primma donna? I feel sorry that when the Raiduhs finally got a go long QB they had to let go their best go long WR although it is the Raiduhs so I don't feel all that bad. Moss will be a prickly player for NE and it reminds me of when JJ gave two #1s for old gator arms hoping to give Troy a good WR towards the end of Dallas 90s SB runs. Be an interesting trade if it goes through.

I read it was a 4th this year and one of their 1st rounders next year.
