I still have no idea how we lost to the Skins with Colt McCoy at QB:facepalm:

If we would have won that game, we would have been the number one seed with homefield advantage:(

yeah, And I bet we wouldve got a trip to the SB too......

I chalked it up to "its the division thing". It goes on in other divisions to. Just throw the records and talent and everything else , out.

I love Romo, dont get me wrong. But he should have stayed on the bench....after getting hurt.

2nd Philly game and its not even close. After they embarassed us at home on Thanksgiving, ( romo with no rest) beating them in their house was amazing. I was also there. Made it even better

Seattle game of course, thats when I knew we were really good. Our defense made beastmode and Wilson look like crap!

With the Colts game a close 2nd. Yes they had already clinched there division, but we came out and wiped them out. We were firing on all cylinders looking for dinner!

I get the great moments against Seattle, but to me it HAS to be Detroit. Think about the history against Detroit, being down 14, the pass interference call, the game winning drive by romo, the bonehead play by Lawrence, and the redemption by lawrence

I was at that game. It was incredible.

Good choice. That was my 2nd favorite game. Imagine how disappointing our season wouldve been if we lost that game. We woulda had to hear "Romo cant get it done when it matters" and "Romo in elimination games" bs all offseason.

That game meant nothing to the Colts and they had some key starters out.
Would have meant more if we both had a lot on the line.
Whatever. They had all their healthy starters playing, particularly their "once a generation" quarterback. But it was like playing a college team. We were playing top notch ball down the stretch. That was fun.

Does not matter if it meant nothing to the Colts. They didn't lie down and say, meh...we don't care.
We beat them soundly, and if they were healthy, the way we were playing, we still would have beat them.

So if that makes it enjoyable for someone, then it does. There are no excuses for winning games against a healthy team or not. It's a win.
Our own fans criticize us for losses when we weren't healthy for 2 years, but still came to within a win of taking the division for 3 years in a row. And we had multiple starters as well as 2nd team guys missing.
But if we beat a team that are missing a few starters, people say it would have made a difference? Can't have it both ways.

The J.J. Watt (almost had him) game was cool, certainly that play sticks out one of my favorites of the year. Seattle and the 2nd Eagirls games up there as well. all the wins are good games.

It's that old addage, "It's hard to win a game in the NFL." We should have had that one relatively easily, but we didn't show up to play that well, didn't get many breaks, they played arguably their best game of the year, and we flat just got outcoached.

1. Seahawks game
2. 2nd Eagles game
3. Saints game ( I wanted this one so badly after the 2013 game). I now want to blow them out on their home field to avenge 2006.

The 2009 win at NO already avenged that 2006 game. It ended their perfect season.

Hands down the Seattle game the most unexpected win of the season and the game that established the Cowboys as a bonafide contender. That's the game that makes me concerned about losing Murray because not just any back could have put up over 100 yards against that great Seahawks defense. Go look at some of the runs he had in that game they were mostly the dirty variety with him having to scratch, claw and stiff arm his way for every yard he got. Not just any back is going to be able to plow their way through a great defense like that. That game fired me up as well as Murray's performance. You would have to go back several years to find a game that impressed me more than that one.

Read my posts prior to that game as I laid out what was likely to happen. I got persecuted for thinking there was anyway possible the Cowboys could lose that game. That was a classic trap game against a team that looked down and out playing with their 3rd string QB. That game had upset written all over it but apparently I was the only one who could see it because I don't wear blinders like many here. The Cowboys were flying high and Washington had nothing to lose with their season already in the toilet. Journeymen QB's have had a recent history of having career games against the Cowboys defense that still wasn't any good. The more FANS laughed off that game the more I knew an upset was coming.

Go back and look at the pregame predictions on the board practically everyone had the Cowboys winning in a blowout. A thread was started asking everyone to predict how many sacks the Cowboys defense would get against McCoy. lol That game could have very well ruined the Cowboys season they slumped off after that loss losing Romo for a game but were fortunately able to right the ship when it got down to crunch time. You can't take any team for granted in the NFL especially when a team has nothing to lose.

How could it not be the Lions game? The playoffs are what its all about. Winning a playoff game for the 1st time in a long time was easily my favorite moment.

Least favorite is obviously the Packers game that ended the season to early with a series of unlucky bounces and a bad call.
