What I always found interesting is the NFL polled their players about 10-15 years ago and asked them, "Who is the NICEST player in the league" and evidently the winner in a landslide was Michael Vick. I really didn't expect that one.

It is very rare for the absolutist take on anything to be right because you are not going to run into a real situation where "everything is bad" or "everything is good". Case in point teams win games and teams lose games. No one player is going to be able to fix the result on their own as it takes a team. The rational take is to look at each piece and see what worked and what didn't. When you fall back on absolutist takes you end throwing out the good with the bad and vice versa.

A team is only as good as it's weakest link and Dak Prescott has proven to be the weakest link on the Dallas Cowboys for the last 6 years and no real end in sight.
