So? They're on our schedule, and we demolished them. And its Washington. So, they deserve to get destroyed against us just on that alone. Also, Dak couldn't play last year when we played them, so...

so yeah.. i agree, just saying to be fair. Definition of fair: marked by impartiality and honesty : free from self-interest, prejudice, or favoritism

True, but I mean, tbf, we couldn't use Dak on them. I reckon we'd be the ones playing Tampa last year had Dak not been hurt. He did, we used him against them, and he reminded all why he owns Washington.

to be fair, they were decimated by Covid
And injuries while having to play on Tuesday.

Still a fun win. But we shouldn’t put too much into this yet. At least Dak appears to be out of his slump.

Haven’t seen a total dominate performance like that since the Super Bowl win over the Bills in 92’. It’s even more impressive that it was against our arch rivals and the division was already secured before the game even started. WFT was outmatched at every single position on the field and they aren’t a terrible team, they just beat the defending Super Bowl champs (Buccs) by 10 points 5 or 6 weeks ago.

Effective immediately the WFT has changed their name to WT because we just beat the F out of them.

Beat the F out of them! HA!

Did it in the literal NSFW sense!

I'm used to seeing this team play down to the level of our opponents. It was nice to see some merciless butt whooping.

Comparing this win to SB 27 win is only a comparison of the score. Has little meaning otherwise as there’s no comparison in the opponent.

I agree. I meant to add injuries to my original post but forgot. its a good confidence building victory that hopefully spills over into the week and into the playoffs.
Yep

As always were only as good as our last game. Let’s see if we can build on this impressive performance.

I don't think he's saying we should be sympathetic. Just that we shouldn't get cocky about beating a weakened team.

It's so typical of some of our fans to bring up excuses like covid and injuries to discredit our win!
These are the same Trolls that would also hammer us if we would of lost the game under the same
circumstances..

so lets play a game. Tell me this. Was this a more impressive win than when the Cowboys beat the undefeated Peyton Manning Colts in 2006? The Cowboys were 5-4 and the Colts were 9-0

I don't mean to be the Debbie Downer type...but it was just the WFT.. I am not saying don't get your hopes up but at the same time, it isn't like the Cowboys just beat the 1985 Bears either....

Keep it in perspective and enjoy the ride!

It was a very impressive performance but was it better than beating Patriots or Chargers ?

I’d argue those wins give more confidence going into playoffs than beating up on Deadskins.

Come on dude, you are comparing the superbowl bills to a bad Commanders team. We haven't beaten anybody better than a bad team with a decent score since then?
