Most Overrated/Underrated Prospect

Before his presumably drop due to his poor Combine showing, I would have said Teez Tabor. Now, I'm gonna go with Obi Melifonwu as the most overrated prospect right now.

In terms of underrated I'd have to Jarred Davis, LB out of Florida.

Any of the QB's that go in RD 1 are overrated. Underrated WR Cooper Kupp, Joe Williams from Utah RB, Alex Anzalone LB Florida, Tanoh Kpassagnon DL Villanova, Daeshon Hall Edge Texas A&M, Gerald Everett TE South Alabama.

Senior Bowl practices showed a very capable player in Obi Melifonwu . Like being defended by an octopus during Senior bowl week. He stood out amongst all the players just like Jordan Willis, Hassan Riddick, and Zay Jones.

Senior Bowl practices don't replicate his tape from actual games though. I think most people agree he has a lot of tools but also see some shortcomings in his game.

True but you cannot discount his play amongst talent that was superior to anything he played against during the season.

Overrated - Solomon Thomas. I think he's a nice player but I saw some guys talking like he could maybe squeeze into the Top 5 or so in this draft. I just don't see that.

Underrated - I am a big Stewart fan, the WR from Alabama.

Kupp is rated right where he should be.

A lot of people are saying to SF.

That is crazy. Not just on the player and value, but the fit.

He is not really an edge, he is not exactly Aaron Donald as an interior player either.

From what I know of Anzalone, he's talented, but can't stay on the field. Injuries have plagued him.

Yeah, I've seen Solomon mocked at #2 overall by one of the major draft prognosticators. Could happen but I think he's being way over valued. Robert Ayers out of Tennessee went #18 overall surprisingly a few years ago and he was a similar type I'll-fitting d-lineman.

I am not down on the QBs as many are but I'd say that Mahomes is becoming overvalued now too. Granted Prisco is a boob, but his latest CBS mock has Mahomes going 6th to the Jets. That's way too high.

I haven't watched a lot of Obi but he has shown he can play and that he has barely scratched the surface of his potential. Mix that with rare athleticism, smarts, and the ability to play corner or safety and I think you have a guy that does belong in round 1.

Demarcus walker has fallen off the Cliff ,i would love to have a extra 3rd Rd pick and draft him.Dalvin tomlinson is a guy we have shown some interest and i think he will make it to our 3rd Rd pick.Duke Riley is my favorite LB in this draft behind Reddick but he wont make it to our 2nd rd pick.Antonio Garcia is the guy i would pick to replace Free but he is climbing up the rankings.

Kizer,Trubisky and watson are 2nd rd prospects at best.I am also weary of Tre White,too many mistakes leading to big plays.

What I don't know is if the Corners available will be drastically better than the pass rushers.

Lots of good DB's in this draft from the looks of it. We need a DB and we it would be nice to have a stud corner on a cheap deal when comparing to what these guys get in FA.

I would prefer to draft a DE at 28 and a DB at 60,lots of similar DBs with immediate starting potential will be available at 60 but the RDEs we are looking for will be gone by 60.
