Let's get it.

ADVANTAGE: 4 more days to prepare for the Eagles who play MNF vs the Panthers....

Garrett needs to get it done. If the Eagles lose agains the Panthers, and we beat Philly, we get Andy Reid FIRED. If they beat the Panthers and we beat them, we knock them out of the playoff race... essentially the same thing.

Okay I thought I put @ Cowboys instead of @ Arlington because I was gonna say it was in Arlington, but whatever. And it is SNF?

You are well inside of the 3 day rule. Normally, we are ready to move on by mid week. Given that we played just yesterday, Sunday is the likely day where you can create this post and receive somewhat relevant forward thinking responses. Don't be surprised if you receive continued angry sarcastic repsonses today.. :) People are still miffed (& justifiably so).

I Thought I read we may get flexed out. I hope so.

They should but they won’t because of ratings. Actually I think they already decided on keeping it on SNF.

And Believe it or not, if the Giants lose on Sunday to the Packers and the Commanders beat the Giants at home next week, then a win vs. the Eagles would put the Cowboys in a tie for first place in the NFC East with four games to go and controlling their destiny.

Not that I think that this team will be able to do anything with that, but that is what NBC will sell to the audience.

My friend and I are going. We are making a giant Devil Jerry Jones Head. It'll be great. Also, I really really hope the boo-birds are out in full force when they start messing up. They deserve to get boo'd at times.

Eagles at Arlington. OK.

1. The Cowboys fall behind 27-0 at halftime. The Cowboys have rushed for 12 yards and the safeties look lost as Jackson and Maclin run downfield all by themselves. The offensive playbook is thrown away and Romo is told to wing it in teh second half.

2. The furious comeback begins. Romo piles up huge numbers throwing to Dez and Witten with a few others sprinkled in. The defense plays better and may even get a turnover. The Eagles are reeling trying to hang on.

3. The score gets to 30-24 with 5 minutes left, the defense needs to come up a huge stop to get the ball back. Instead, the Eagles march down the field like a hot knife through melted butter. Our timeouts are used up on defense and the Eagles get a clinching FG with 1:30 left.

4. A desperate Romo marches down the field for a TD with 10 seconds left. Alas, they lose 33-31. Garrett is clapping encouragingly on the sidelines and Jerry is smiling in his luxury box.

I've just summarized the Eagles at Cowboys game. No need to watch it.
