Murray - 1845 yards, 4.7 yards per carry, 13 touchdowns
Randle/Dunbar - 442 yards, 5.53 yards per carry, 3 touchdowns
While not as accomplished, I don't know how much of a downgrade these guys are. They never really got an opportunity, which I think the coaches are to blame for that. First they ran Murray into the ground for little reason at times, and not developing other players in case you didn't have Murray was irresponsible.
Murray shouldn't have played week 17 for example.
I still don't think we should stand pat at running back, but I also don't think we're in as bad a position as many of the pundits would assume. I think Randle and Dunbar and even Williams all have potential in a committee to be very productive. McFadden is actually the one I'm least sold on.
