Tracy is great. I think i own all of her albums. There were times when i listen to her music all the time. Intermixed with other more lively music of course.

Just put all the good stuff in the CD player and hit "random" and let the thing do it's job. Take a journey...the happy and sad.

Turn it down...keep those ears safe.

The album that that song is on is totally flipped!

She was only famous for awhile, but she has heart and soul in her music...her lyrics are real. And for me, lyrics are what make the song, not the melody.

While i prefer good lyrics and there are a lot of songs i like because of it, generally speaking, i must say i am the opposite. I say this because i listen to a lot of music from all over the world and i have no idea what they are saying. If the melody moves me, if i can groove to it, dance to it, or the music creates a certain type of mood inside me, that is all i need.

I'm about to get a 300 CD changer from a forum member here and i cannot wait to load up my CDs and do just that.

Tom Waits is awesome. 'I Hope That I Don't Fall in Love With You' is a great song. Also love 'Way Down in The Hole' (fans of The Wire will know this one) and 'That Feel' (with Keith Richards.)
