My burning hate for Roy Williams is growing

so you think that from the moment that Roy got here that there wasn't a chemistry issue with Romo?

seriously?

selective memory I guess.

There probably was but I don't know how anyone can say that is still the problem.

Huge cop out to say that is still the problem. What are we at, 20+ games?

When does it get figured out?

Any problem between Romo and Roy at this point is almost all Roys fault.

How can you say there's chemistry issues at this point when Roy drops passes every week?

The problem with Roy is he just isn't good on the fly, which is the exact opposite of a guy like Miles who can break off his routes and find some opening. Williams is too lanky...

because I think there are chemistry issues between tony and roy and I think they have to do with the problems.

I just think Tony has had some issue trusting Roy from the moment he got here. There is no doubt in my mind it effects how it's all working out.

Roy had a couple decent games this season, made some plays that showed he has the ability.

if everyone says you suck

then well...

except when they say it about me, that's just jealousy speaking

not everyone can pimp a saturn on 12s like you do it

Why do you think Roy keeps dropping the ball?

I could pimp out a Hoverround wearing blue pants and a red shirt, strolling down south Compton

So how long do those issues last? Almost 2 complete seasons now, how much longer do we have to wait.

And isn't Romo justified in not trusting Roy? If someone let you down multiple times, wouldn't you be hesitant to trust them?

I don't know, if my QB never trusted me from the moment I got here and even avoided throwing me the ball at times it might mess with my head.

The drops heven't been that bad, nothing like with TO. But with TO here we seemed to channel the offense through him so he had decent numbers despite the drops.

honestly, game on the line one play left I would take Roy over TO every single time.

10 drops in 86 targets is not that bad? And that's somehow Romo's fault?

So you have a problem with school pride. Some folks in this thread, I believe, must not have attended a Div I school... hmmm...jealousy?

It's not jealousy. I think you're making some terrible assumptions about people...possibly in an attempt to inflate your ego?

It's simply about being professional and not attempting to gain credibility by something other than your play on the field.

I have friends that are fans of teams in the Lions division.

Every single one said Roy was an underrated WR that could play with the best of them.

They watched a hell of a lot more of Roy than any of us.

Tony has had an issue with Roy from day one, it's been obvious. If it isn't obvious then you need to go back in time and pay attention.

That's not all on Roy, and especially not cause he dropped a ball in the Commanders game.

lmao @ 3rd string, you guys are ridiculous sometimes.
Where as you are ridiculous ALL the time.

he had a couple of drops, you guys are blowing it out of proportion and ignoring the chemistry issues between Romo and Roy from day one.

I know why bob does stuff like that, bless his heart, but I don't know why anyone else would.
No matter how much you try to blend it, oil and water don't mix. I think it's time we stop trying to force them to mix and move on to the next experiment.

no, not at all. not considering the catches are against professional football players.

that stat is misleading anyways, I bet it doesn't consider if he got the crap knocked out of him, like when Romo got his ribs hurt.

I dig how I say it's both of their fault and all anyone reads is that I am blaming it on Tony.

the internet cracks me up

What's your gripe against Romo? It certainly seems like you are going out of your way to involve Romo in Roy's inability to catch passes that hit him in the hands.

I dig how Roy Williams has a forcefield around him that makes all Tony's throws to him turn into complete crap

there has been an issue between them since Roy got here, that is what needs to be fixed.

Roy Williams has good hands, he is known for his hands, he didn't lose that ability.

it's not a mechanics thing

I dig how you have a forcefield around you that keeps women from coming within 10 feet of you.
