I now have friends asking me to set this test up for them so they can try it. We plan on doing it again tomorrow.
 
lol, you inspired me to want to go out and do it. I am thinking about trying it without utilizing the 3.5 minute break.
 
One other point I would like to make. Not only did I not recently drop 35 pounds or have been training like a football player since March. I actually was up at 5:00 am, worked until 4:30 pm and then went outside into the summer heat to do this test.
 
A round of applause not only for you, good sir but for the very supportive lady behind the camera, who not only filmed it for all us Zoners, but counted for the illiterate Skins fans who are watching from extremeskins.
 
I definitely can do this backwards. I almost want to get a Zone pool going.

Well I did it today...and was a complete failure. In fact, it was so bad that Haynesworth beat my time by more than a minute. I couldn't even do it a second one, I was spent.




Of course I was doing it on my hands...but still...(sigh)...
