I think with the narrowing of the spine that was found at the combine (so it isn't just smoke being blown that he has it), it is highly unlikely that McNeil goes in the first. It is possible, but unlikely.
How many players have to give up the game after finding out they have this condition? I just don't see any team investing too much in a guy they are scared won't have a long career.
Now without it, I still say he's the #2 or #3 OT in this draft. He plays nasty and is very effective. He's ready to put on an NFL uniform and play day one.
