And that is the truth. I watch games And enjoy it. Some people must really not enjoy watching the Cowboys hoping the quarterback fail so they can see I said so

Did they get 4 TOs by their own defense, putting that much pressure on the Commanders defense?

Before this game, the Dak-stans were saying WFT was garbage and going to get destroyed and our offense would get back on track.

The reality is that Dak Prescott isn't good enough to play cautiously. He becomes not worth the cost.
 
When did Dak become elite when he’s never tossed more than 30 TDs in a season? I mean when was this guy who set Quincy Carter records of futility in 2018 considered elite for what he supposedly did on the field that made him elite?

There were articles just this off-season how this YEAR 6 QB was improving his mechanics…. How is that elite? His whole career here, every off-season, there has been some article how he’s changing his mechanics and working with Qb coaches on footwork and so on..

My point was as QBs they did not do better, no amount of tears because dak is “the worst qb in existence” is going to change the reality that two great qbs did nothing against WFT as recent as 2 weeks ago

Many of us have not started a Mr Prescott thread because a lot of us don't really care...meaning there is much much more to life then wasting good air talking about Mr Prescott ad nauseam

It is what It is. Mr Prescott is the QB of choice by the owners and that's not going to change. Deal with it.

Remember Bob - we ran Don Meredith out of town and he led all time prolific offenses ‘66-‘68.

I don’t know if Dak will pull out if this tailspin or not but he will have to be really mentally strong in the meantime. 40 million can make this fan base turn on you fast.

Most of the recent Dak posts are ridiculous. Many stupidly say this is what they always knew he was. Many others want to blame any and everything for his recent struggles. It’s not the OL or the lack of a run game; It’s not the receivers or the play-calling. We have all seen Dak play extremely well with and without a run game, behind a crappy OL, with backup receivers, with plenty of drops, and with head scratching play calls. When it’s obvious he’s playing well, it’s easy to then pinpoint the OL not giving time for plays to develop or drives ending because of penalties or dropped passes or insane play calls. Dak needs to slow it down, see what he sees pre-snap, but also adjust to what he sees post-snap, step up in the pocket, slide in the pocket to buy time, keep his feet under him and have good mechanics. The answer cannot always be get rid of the ball quickly.

We’ve seen him play his game many times, but right now he is NOT playing well. Winning or losing and success in the playoffs is not on hm alone. But if he continues to play poorly, he definitely shoulders a huge, disproportionate share of the blame, as he should.

But if you want to discuss with silly, emotional, irrational comments about him being a poor QB, that he’s always been a poor QB, don’t expect a response from me. If you want to discuss why he’s currently playing at a poor QB level, bring it because that is certainly fair.

I don’t know if Dak will pull out of it or not, nor to what degree he will right the ship, but at 9-4 and the playoffs on the horizon, I’m certainly hopeful that he will get back to 75% of what he was to start the season to make the playoffs a fun experience.

I want him to play like the 6-1 Dak when the playoffs start Win next week and if he has an injury let him rest To me he looks like he is playing in pain

I want my old Dak back the live for the day , use anything in your skill set to move the chains guy operating off a rookie contract and hungry as hell . NO FEAR!!! in that guy . This new version of Dak trying to be the ultimate pocket passer and avoid contact is not getting it .
Fear gripped him hard yesterday and brought him back to the reality of how he used to close out games . With the pressure overwhelming he went back to beast mode used his legs ,moved the chains and FINISHED THE GAME .

He got soft. Needs to watch a couple old ROCKY movies and take what Mickey says to heart . Dak needs the eye of the Tiger back . LOL Hes living to good and thinks he is Peyton Manning back there except there is hesitation and indecision . He needs to just be the Dak Prescott !! of old and everything fixes itself.

He wasn’t a frog to start the season, and he wasn’t running at all…..so it’s something else. Running or not running affects the offense, not the QBs performance passing.
