You can't be an owner/GM and spokesman of the organization it create a bad environment so changing coaches and players might not work.

I know we chide Jerry, but he isnt why we crap the bed. Its the fact football can't be played via finesse. Its bully ball. We were bullied. They took our lunch money,took our bike, our girlfriend, and moved in at the house , took up residence, kicked us out of our own house. Slept in our bed, wore our clothes. On and on. They could have score 70. Our players are smallish, overrated and overhyped. Then they mentally fold up like a cheap chair. I saw it on Daks face from the first snap. That deer in headlights look. Just like last year and the year before. We need complete rebuild. When you get bludgeoned like that at home, its not just a matter of a bad day at the office, its a bunch of big issues. Green Bay of all teams beat us like that. Which makes it that much more historical and puzzling. We laid down for them.

I know what you mean. We were 12-5 and I didn't even boast about the Cowboys to anyone because deep down I knew what was gonna happen in the playoffs.
I had friends of different fan bases glowing about how well the Cowboys were playing this year and I just told them until they play like that in the Postseason it doesn't matter.
They thought I was nuts.
We've been down this road so many times and it always ends the same way, why would this season be any different?

I have been the same way. People at work telling me that this might be the Cowboys year, and I always say to them, no it ain’t! They will blow it! I thought they might beat the Packers but I had my doubts. Turns out I was right.

i hate to be the one to tell you but besides dak not being a franchise qb which is part of the problem but the secondary coach is trash most of the year if they played a good team with a good qb they looked lost back there out of place or wondering what to do and dak is always good for an interception or 2. and discipline is low low. along with that you get bone head players like sam williams running and just being stupid on plays. So when you add everything up the green bay game is what you get PERIOD. see you next bad draft

MM is the 2nd lowest paid HC in the entire NFL. The only HC making less is in Cleveland. Jerry doesn't like pay coaches at all.

Want to know why Jerry wasn't really interested in Sean Payton? Denver is paying him 18 mil and there's no way Jerry was going to do that.

Yep. There’s no salary cap on coaches. Jerry doesn’t value the HC and he doesn’t want another Jimmy who has control and would get the credit if we won a SB.
