- I thought Romo looked pretty good out there. He only had a couple of bad decisions, was mostly accurate on this throws, had a few drops/catchable balls that weren't caught, and was great on third down. He seemed a little nervous about Taylor against Flozell, but otherwise played quite well IMO.
- How does a team in a city that has a lot of wealthy people residing it and has a billionaire owner still in such a crappy stadium that they share it with the baseball team? This has boggled my mind for years.
- Defense improved slightly, but they were saved by Trent Green putting in an awful performance, particularly the fumbled snap and the INT to Hamlin. Those were big and there's really no excuse for that.
- Oh my god! A blitz from Bradie up the gut where the O-Line doesn't recognize it! What a concept!
- Reeves boggles my mind as well as he'll get beat badly or look foolish and then rattle off a few good plays in a row.
- I didn't have a problem with him in the Giants game, but I'd like to see Ware get a little more active. The Fins really gameplanned for him like the Giants did, but eventually the team will need for him to make plays.
- Here's a guy we can't afford to lose to injury....Marion Barber.
- Sorry, I couldn't chart the game (thank you Charter Cable) and I didn't pay too close attention to Canty and Spears today. I did with Ratliff and I thought he played quite well.
- I'm not fully aboard yet, but Bradie James looks entirely better than last year.
- Run blocking wasn't much, of course Julius may be the Drew Bledsoe of running backs, but I thought Romo had ample protection.
- Give Flozell credit, he did have some penalties, but he practically had no problem with Taylor today. One thing I noticed is that when Romo is audibling and the playclock is running too far down, Flozell will false start.
- It's a win and a comfortable won on the road, but there's still some problems on defense I see. Next week is Chicago and if they can pull out a victory they'll be looking really good at 3-0. And the good thing about MNF is either the Eagles or Commanders lose, and if it's the Skins, Dallas has the lead in the NFC East.
