I usually dont like to do this in a mock, but in this one we will be trading down. Buffalo trades us their 2nd round pick(41) and their 4th(107) for our 1st(27) and 7th(234) in order to draft their man Tebow. I have a feeling that either Buffalo or Jacksonville will be trading up into the late 1st in order to get Tebow , I went Buffalo in this one.

Now the draft:

41st- Vladimir Ducasse OT/OG UMass- Still very raw, but has huge potential to go along with his huge size(6'5 330). Played both RT and LT at UMass, and some feel his size and athleticism could make a great guard in the NFL as well. Either way we get a versatile OL with very high upside.

58th- Morgan Burnett FS Georgia Tech- Its debatable whether he falls here or not, Ive seen him ranked anywhere from 50-70 in terms of overall prospects. Im going to say he does fall here though just because there are definitely 3 FS's ranked ahead of him and Chad Jones may also be more appealing to some teams. I just dont see 4 S's getting drafted in the first 2 rounds. Anyway, Burnett is a natural athlete with above average size. His play making ability as a ballhawk safety is what will make him stand out to us. Had 14 career INT's in only 3 years at GT. He would certainly be a candidate to be our starting FS from day 1.

90th- Brandon Spikes ILB Florida- Despite having lackluster workout #'s and a questionable attitude Spikes still knows how to get it done on the field. He was voted by his teammates at Florida team captain so Im really not concerned about the work ethic or character issues. He was also extremely productive on a great team in the by far the best confidence. I think he will turn out to be a very solid ILB throughout his career, much like his cousin Takeo Spikes.

107th- CJ Wilson DE East Carolina- 6'3 290, ran a 4.82 40, and put up 32 reps of 225. Sounds like he was built at the 3-4 DE factory to me. Very productive at ECU as well, had 127 tackles, 29 TFL, and 16 sacks in his JR and SR years.

125th- Blair White WR Mich. St- This former walk-on ran a 4.42 40 and had a 35 inch vert. Add in the fact that he is 6'2 205 and this makes him a very intriguing prospect. He dealt with some injuries early in his career, but when he finally got healthy and into the starting lineup he put up a very solid season his SR year(990yards with 9 TD's). He may never be a #1 or 2 WR, but I think he could make a very nice living as a slot WR in the NFL.

196th- Leigh Tiffin K Bama- Best available kicker. Bring him into camp and let him compete with a vet. Best man is our starting kicker.
