#1 Tony Romo is playing extremely good football right now. It will be nice not to have to worry about him week to week if he can keep this up.

#2 Offensive line is keeping Romo pretty clean, and run blocking with a vengeance.

#3 We're going to have a good problem on our hands with re-signing DeMarco Murray. Might have to just franchise him at this point. Still not completely sold that another running back can't be extremely productive behind this line.

#4 Defense still needs a lot of work. They played a great game, but they let up for a while, and things got dicey. If the Saints went for it on 4th down with the offense rather than that fake punt, the story might have been completely different.

#5 Brandon Carr shouldn't be here next year, at least not at his current compensation.

#6 Doug Free probably shouldn't be here next year either.

#7 Jason Witten has been a true blue Dallas Cowboy. Glad that I've seen his entire career, it's been a joy.

#8 Defensive line needs a lot of help. Hopefully Demarcus Lawrence can be that help, but it needs to be our main objective next year in free agency and the draft. At the moment we have no pass rush.

#9 We have some potential in the linebacker corps, too bad none of these four linebackers can stay healthy.

#10 You can't double team dez, hope to stop the run, and leave Terrance Williams to his own devices. Can't do it.

#11 We still need to use Beasley and Dunbar more, and Escobar. I like that we opened the offense up by starting out with the pass, and establishing the run as a result of that. The Saints had a poor pass defense coming into this, and I'm sure that played a part, as well as Romo being healthier.

#12 This team should have no difficulty beating Houston if they play like this.

#13 Dan Bailey is money.

#14 Sterling Moore should have been the 3rd corner for some time now, I think everyone can see that now. Morris Claiborne should come back as the 4th corner, and if he doesn't it's a huge shame.

#15 Linehan is a legitimate offensive coordinator unlike Garrett.

Yep I agree with Clove good observations.

I saw some moments of push with Spencer and I think if he gets his legs under him a bit he can make a difference.

Couldn't hear the extent of Mo's injury, but it looked suspect like he was faking. I for one am.not sold. Hope I'm wrong.

Just because the sacks aren't there we provided pressure numerous times. Collapsing the pocket and getting good push. To say we have no pass rush is completely untrue. That being said yes we need more guys that can get pressure but we also need our secondary to actually cover longer then 1 second. We play 15 yards off WRs on 3-2....... that's crazy. Get up in their face and give a few more seconds for DL to hit home

When was the last time we actually attacked another team's weakness and succeeded? I love that we played and coached smart tonight.

You might get your wish. Claiborne looked like he hyper-extended his knee. I hope he didn't tear something too, but it didn't look good.

I really hope Carter is not out too long. He was BALLING tonight.

How big was spencer coming back and Crawford playing DT?

Take home message.

Keep Romo's attempts under 30 and we have a great chance at winning. DO NOT overuse him!

Just one game but one helleva game!!

He looked as if he was in major pain. Hope he is ok.

I think it was really big. I'd like to see what our defense might look like with Terrell McClain in the rotation as well.

This defense if it can stay together, should get some help with guys like McClain getting healthier, and maybe helped by Josh Brent, Michael Sam, and Demarcus Lawrence.

The defense was swarming tonight too. What they lack in pure talent, they compensate for with effort and hustle. They should have had 1 more forced fumble and a TD added to their stats.

We officially have a player in Sterling Moore. It can no longer be considered fluke play. He could very well be our best corner right now -- he's certainly our second best.

Sad to say, but I thought our defense improved when Mo went out. Moore is a player.

I thought Crawford had a really good game, he even pressured Brees on that 3 man d-line

Dont agree on number 3. If he wants to sign a reasonable deal fine, but Randle runs behind this line fine. Todd Gurley would be an 1800 yard a year guy not that I'd draft him over defense.

Random thought. Figured I'd put it here...

Murray is averaging 25 carries a game. 4 more than anyone else in the league. Didn't expect that prior to the season.

Defense deserves a lot of credit in this game held NO to 3 points at half? won a lot of 3rd down battles. Yes NO got some 4th qrt garbage time TD's isn't that what some of you call late TD when Dallas has been on the other end of these games?

Hell of a game by Bruce Carter

I think SUH or a speed corner, or someone who can get after the passer all the time, this could be a championship caliber team.
