The two "Elite" players you listed.

In 08' Gurode was a pro-bowler. How many teams have a pro-bowl center under 30 and then draft another center in the first few rounds the following year?

Johnny Knox- Your "elite" return man has 1 punt for 0 yards on his resume. He does have 1 KR td but 2 fumbles as well. If we take Knox last year, we most likely don't take Dez this year, and what if he showed up instead of Miles Austin? Miles walks and plays for another squad and we line up Knox, and Williams as our starters. No thanks.

It's so easy to point to guys and say "see we could have had him!". Hindsight is always 20/20.

pretty simple really.
players have to block, tackle , cover, throw, catch, kick.
when they dont do THEIR job the other team wins.

Remember now, Jerry Jones says he wants it this way, an offensive coordinator and defensive coordinator basically running the team, while Jerry Jones is really the head coach, making all the final decisions.
