Bleu, to be simple about it, I don't think there is anything that can't be fixed on this team by simply having Jerry put a strong, disciplined and detail-oriented HC in place, letting him build his own staff of people on the same page, and Jerry stepping back from the day to day operations a lot and simply being a strong voice in personnel as he was when Bill was here.

Strong management can succeed with the seemingly dysfunctional players we have. A strong group of players can sometimes overcome dysfunctional management.

Dysfunctional management + dysfunctional players = Dallas Cowboys = 13 years with no playoff win and counting.

Annything else - including cutting TO - is window dressing. (and yes I still want him gone, my windows would at least look better : ).

better yet, he should step all the way back and be Tex Schramm reincarnate
