The 49ers have been blown out twice (23-3 to Carolina and 40-10 by Dallas today). Their other five losses have come by either two points or three points.

So how bad are they? I refuse to belittle this victory. I see it as the Cowboys venting some frustration in a disappointing season thus far; and perhaps turning it around. San Fran was the team that got in the way of that today.

The Niners are not a putrid team. This was a dominant win over a bottom third team, but not the little sisters of the blind. It's a good win.

I think he showed up early in the season in what appeared (to me at least) out of shape. I think he has played his way back into game shape. Barring injury he may become a little bit more explosive as the year wears on.

Hopefully he will be here for all of it. Would suck if he only has one more game before a suspension. The issue though should not be an open and shut court case though. I don't expect a quick resolution at all. And there is only one party that has something to lose that is irreplaceable and that is Zeke. The court should give him every chance to play until his legal challenges are exhausted.
