Maybe not…but I thought Nolan and Porter had zero chance making it to 26.

When I look at the depth at certain positions, there is a big drop off at Guard/Linebacker/TE after the top prospects are off the board. It would be wise to focus on these spots. We know the corners, running backs and possible receivers will stretch. Drew Sanders would probably complete the defense, but offense need more playmakers.

2nd round is always a bit different because it’s less risk. Willing to say that Porter and Branch go in the first 10 picks and the others follow soon

Just as Nolan Smith had been discussed about at 10 for the Eagles, Porter was frequently linked to the Steelers at 17.

The PA teams stay pat and get a target selection a pick later than expected. Sometimes it's better to be lucky than good.

On the draft show last night, they all were saying that LaPorta is their top TE. Can they wait it out to 58? My favorite would be either Avilia/Torrence, but probably need to trade up.

I'd definitely be targeting offense. LaPorta, Mayer, Musgrave, Kraft, Mingo, Hyatt, Tillman, Charbonnet, Avila, Torrence. Lots of players that can help us.

they keep saying Laporta at tight end he's injury prone so he's probadly a shoe in at the 58 spot. good player when he's on the field but that is the problem isn't it so 58 could be a sweet spot for him

I like him but the more I watch him the more he looks like a linear athlete. Don’t like him at 58.

My concern with LaPorta is his injury history- meniscus surgery on both knees!

Please no, with this 2nd round draft an injury prone player fetish. Let LaPorta go somewhere else. Give me a healthy Schoomaker (whatever his name is).

LOL at people bashing Laporta, he's a very good prospect. I doubt he even lasts til 40.

My pick of those that seem realistic would be Tippmann. IMO, Avilla, Mayer, Hyatt, JMS, Sanders, etc will all be long gone.

Hopefully a Torrence, Avila or Schmitz fall to 58 if they don't you can always get Dalton Risner in FA after the draft... they should wait on RB and TE because those positions are the deepest this year. Linebacker might be the pick if guards are gone.
