I had some serious mixed up feelings this week about the Cowboys media cats this week. I am mainly referring to people like Mickey Spagnola and his Talking Cowboys show.
I have to admit that I didn't particularly care for some of the callousness, indifference, and pseudo-references about Sean Taylor's past leading to the cause of his death.
I also felt that the Cowboys FO, particularly Jerry Jones and Wade Phillips, could have said more.
That being said, I completely understand the focus on this week's Packers games and I can't say that I blame anybody for doing their job.
Still, it's just been an odd week, a feeling that the Cowboys organization was out of touch with their fans, who were, by and large, clearly affected by this terrible tragedy.
Oh well. I'm not sure where I'm going with this. But I can tell you that I don't ever remember a time where I felt so out of synch with such a big game coming up.
Your thoughts would be greatly appreciated!
