My Thoughts On The QB Class

I prefer Hogan to Cook.

Hogan is a pro style guy as well

I think Cook is the safest QB in this class but his upside may well be bus driver. I think his absolute ceiling is Andy Dalton but he is far more likely to be less explosive.
