Im going to start this with this simple Statement: Every sunday im feeling like its a win, and even when theyre down i just feel that theyre going to come back and win the game.

Everybody in the media is head over heels on the Manning record. Its amazing but in todays NFL, they have marginalized that record with todays rules IMO. Andrew Luck is going to break that record before his career is over. But what people should be praising is Murrays record. In todays game you just dont expect that record to be broken. That and the defenses the Cowboys have played, that shouldnt happen. Just shows you how great this OL is.

Jeremy Parnell came in and did his job. He did struggle early alot but as the game went on the inevitable happened and the NY DL just wore down. I would grade his game at about a C+. But we see a clear difference between him and Free.

Tyrone Crawford is lone reason why i think Melton will not be back in 2015. I think he would make this defense alot better in 2015 but not at 9mil. They had to make that deal for him to come to Dallas. But they covered themselves in basically giving him a 1 yr deal and then basically turning that into a 3 yr extention. But he isnt worth the 24 mil and 9mil guaranteed that he will have remaining. He is playing good, but Crawford is just coming into his own. That and Coleman and McClain are alot cheaper. They can have all 3 of them on the roster playing the 3tech for a cheaper price then having Melton on the team for 2015. Easy choice.

We saw how much the defense misses Carter especially in nickle downs.

The giants came to play and brought theyre A game. They punched the Cowboys in the mouth early, but while in other years Dallas wouldve folded. this team punched back and stomped on the Giants face.

Tony Romo is playing the best football of his career. Most of that i know has to do with the running game. This IMO is what Parcells invisioned he wanted for Romo.

NFL say hello to CARTEL(Gavin Escobar). Alot of people might say its been only 1 game, but has it? This team just didnt use him just like they didnt use Murray in 2013. But even before yesterday everytime Gavin was in the game and they targeted him he caught and made plays. Dallas just found a new weapon to add to their bag. We saw just how much of a mismatch he is. He made Antrell Rolle a very good FS look stupid yesterday.

TW has become a TD machine. He went from a #2 guy with suspect hands to a legit #2 guy who is there when you need him.

Terrell McClain looks healthy now. And we saw in the 2nd half what Broaddus was raving about all offseason with this guy. He plays very aggressive and with an attitude. That hit on the NY RB that should have been a fumble was just a vicious hit. As soon as he hit the RB that ball was out. He lived in the backfield in that 2nd half. Dallas might have found a new starter. McClain played both spots yesterday inside. If he can put a couple of these games together i think by the end of the yr he will replace Hayden as the starter.

Scandrick is clearly the teams best player in the secondary.

Carr while he looks better this yr then last, that weight loss has help some. But the problem is he just isnt a #1 CB and he's being paid like one. i think he's gone after the season too. His price doesnt justify his play. Dallas still has claiborne next yr and Patmon should be ready in 2015 to make a run with some exp.

Barry Church has come a long way from when he first got to the team, and he is still getting better. He was a solid tackler but not he improved his coverage and has turned into a player with a knack for creating turnovers. He is turning into a John Lynch type marinelli had in tampa.

Witten and Cluttz have turned into an extension of the OL in the 12 and 22 packages. Great blocking.

I cant wait until this defense has all its players back. Carter and Lawrence are going to give this def a big boost IMO.

We are starting to see some real passion in Garrett on the sidelines instead of the 100% robot we have seen.

I just ordered a Dan Bailey Jersey lol

Don't get why we need to mention Manning - his record is impressive, he's likely the best to ever play, enjoy watching him, and hope to beat him when we play them...

Like you said in chat, Escobar is rocking the cartel beard. I think his nickname just needs to be Pablo.

It's amazing how good Tony looks when you block for him. It's amazing how good Murray looks when you block for him. We've had this Ferrari offense on donut spare tires for years.

We need edge rush.

I loved the T Mcclain HIT that should have been a fumble. They blew the wistle for forward progress but the ball was already in Mc Clains hands.

BTW - does anyone know why he has not been playing more ? Was it returning form an injury and working him in more and more slowly. I know its been discussed but I cant remember.

Everyone thought Romo was crazy or in denial when he said in August that he expects to be a better QB this year and the next few. He knows of which he speaks...

i don't think escobar will ever have 80 catch seasons here but what i love about him is he always catches the ball when you throw it to him on target. he is one of the most reliable players on the team in that regard. plus his toughness is underrated.

Them High ankle sprains are hard to get over. Then to get back in shape. Because its not like you can run or anything with that ankle. Think he's just completely healthy now

Im watching the game again right now and i just saw the Mcclain hit..We he hits the guy he hits him so hard that spit or sweat comes shooting of the RBs helmet. He had a shield on so i doubt its sweat.

In previous years, when his protection would break down, Romo was of course famously good at jedi ducks and spins and throwing on the run--to the point that I started to believe he was, oddly, actually at his best in that kind of offense: take away the situation in which he is running for his life, and you'd be taking away most of the jaw-dropping plays that convinced me he was great.

I'm happy to see that line of thought was totally wrong: he's just as amazing when he's well protected. It's a great feeling to see him drop back into a perfect pocket. When he has time like that, you just know the play is going to be successful.

yes. He didnt play until week 2 or 3 i think. But they brought him along slow. You could tell he had very little in the tank.

Escobar always looks like his pants are falling down. As long as he keeps catching everything in site I can live with it, but it's annoying, lol.
