I loved the T Mcclain HIT that should have been a fumble. They blew the wistle for forward progress but the ball was already in Mc Clains hands.

BTW - does anyone know why he has not been playing more ? Was it returning form an injury and working him in more and more slowly. I know its been discussed but I cant remember.
This is his 3rd game back from injury. He looked limited in his first game. He looked decent in his second game but the defense only played 49 snaps that game which limited his snaps.

I don't get the Cartel nickname. It sounds a bit like racial profiling.

Jeremy Parnell came in and did his job. He did struggle early alot but as the game went on the inevitable happened and the NY DL just wore down. I would grade his game at about a C+. But we see a clear difference between him and Free.

What difference? I saw a player who looked pretty much like Free has this season if not quite as good. Free was run blocking well and doing a pretty good job pass blocking outside of the Tennessee game. Not having much, if any, fall-off is not a bad thing, though, since Free has so much more experience. If Parnell can at least play up to the level of Free and possibly improve past that point, it gives us some options next offseason.

I'd personally rather keep Parnell, all things being equal, because of age.

"I cant wait until this defense has all its players back. Carter and Lawrence are going to give this def a big boost IMO."

Ditto. I'm hoping Brent brings something to the table too.

2014 Romo is a clear case of addition by subtraction. I don't want to go as far as to say that he no longer is asked to carry this team because I still think he is the heart and soul of this team, but the role Tony is in right now seems to be perfect. Instead of carrying this team, he is leading this team. In the past when all hope was on his shoulders, things didn't work out so well in certain situations. Now, he picks his spots and makes the big plays when they are needed and those forced throws seem to be going away.

I agree with you that Murray'a accomplishment was as impressive. Heck, that record stood for 53 years. I doubt with this pass happy NFL that Murray's record will be broken any time soon possibly never IMO.

Peyton's record is great. But he was helped a lot by a pass happy NFL. Nothing against him. I don't see his record withstanding the test of time like that record Jim Brown held for 53 years.

Escobar always looks like his pants are falling down. As long as he keeps catching everything in site I can live with it, but it's annoying, lol.

Atleast his pants were falling off every play liek Murray his rookie yr when his butt was out for then a few times.
