I can see Newsome sneaking in as a first round grade, not Phillips though. Not with a history of concussions. He's downgraded in the same way that Farley is, who would otherwise be top 10 worthy, but isn't because a history of a specific injury raises his risk of a short career

Agreewith most of it...aside from Devonta Smith. I’d pass on him pretty easily at 10.

Id also add Stokes as a 1st rounder. I think he’s pretty much neck and neck with Newsome.
