My first 10 off season Moves

• Bring Bill Back!
• Fire Zimmer
• Hire Dick LeBeau with a HC clause for when Bill leaves.
• Release TO, Al Singleton and Marco Rivera
• Be aggressive in FA to get Adalius Thomas and Eric Steinbach.
• Lock up Gurode and Romo to long term contracts.
• If Bledsoe doesn’t want to be the back up, release him and go after Damon Huard in FA as well.
• Give Gramatica a 3 year deal
• Lock up Crayton to a long term deal, he is a RFA this year.
• Throw the Throwbacks AWAY!!!!! At the very least.. the white helmets.

After this I would prepare for the draft. IMO our draft should go as follows:

Round 1- Best CB/PR on our Board
Round 2-Best WR on our Board
Round 3- Best DL/NT on our Board
Round 4- Best OL
Round 5- Best OL
Round 7-BPA

I agree with your list. Except TO. ESPN makes him out to be more than he is. They just need to utilize him differently at times. Wade Philips would be a good hire to. He could bring Shawn Phillips over with him.

Huard would be stupid to leave KC where he has a shot to start
Keep TO
Draft BPA regardless of position, they need one of everything
