Yesterday My wife and I visit the STAR and AT&T on tours. The STAR is less finished than I thought it would be. The tour was mostly of Ford center and the Cowboys side of the office building. It turned out t to be very good with a few of the players walking by and to see Jerry with an exchange of Hellos. The AT&T tour was pretty good with the tour showing just how big the stadium really is.

A few items from the souvenir shop and the Cowboy day was finished. We did not get to see the draft war room as they were getting it ready for the draft. Over all it was a very good visit to the heart of Cowboy land.:)

Maybe if you were to offer Jerry a bottle of JWB, he would let you see the war room....LOL....

I visited Cowboy stadium last year. I still have yet to put them on my Facebook page. I'll likely do it at the start of next season.

I plan to go within the next couple of months. Do you also recommend any places to visit or restaurants in Dallas?

I was there a few months ago on a 2-week road trip through Texas. Toured the stadium. Stayed a night in downtown Dallas. My favorite part of that area was probably Fort Worth.

AT&T Stadium is amazing. I don't think visiting there were ever grow routine as Texas Stadium did. I haven't visited the Star in Frisco yet because of the construction. I'm hoping to make my first trip there next year if they host the NFL Draft.

Unless yo is a bad boy, stay away from Harry Hinz and South Oak Cliff.
Inexplicably, the metroplex has a lot of great Mexican food, go figure. Enjoy the enchiladas!

Was in Dallas last weekend for my daughters volleyball tournament at the convention center. Saw Troy there , he was watching his daughter play too. Saw the Rangers play but the Star was closed, next time for sure I'm going, thanks for the breakdown, sounds like you had a blast.

Uptown Dallas >>>>>>>>>>>>>> Downtown Dallas
But at least the area towards the arts District is bridging the gap some.

But FW is fun too.

You live here in the metroplex? I
No, I have visited there many times since the seventies, my relatives live in North Richland Hills, Bedford and now some of them have moved to Frisco, so I'm pretty familiar with the area

I am a Cowboys fan but man, I hate the city of Dallas so much. Ft. Worth, too.

Actually, I just can't stand big cities. ANY big cities.
