Myles Jack's knee condition....

I doubt he'll go undrafted.

Some team like Denver or Carolina or Pittsburgh will grab him if he falls into the 5th round and take the chance on him.

I would say most definitely. I doubt the Cowboys would not take that chance with four 6th round picks but he'll probably be off the board by then.

I wonder what the fan reaction would be if we did take Jack at 34 and Smith at 67.

Before you answer, Jerry looked at all x-rays.

Smith at 67 is ridiculous. IMHO. The guy may NEVER play football again. What a waste of 3rd round pick. Take him in the 6th but no earlier. Feel sorry for the kid. College football get all the money and this kid's career is probably done.

Yeah because we really seem to nail our 4th and 5th and 6th round picks so much that we shouldn't take a late flier in a guy whose ceiling is off the charts.

LOL. The value people put on late round picks is hilarious.

Dude, he didn't say a 4th, 5th or 6th. He said at 34. You apparently missed that part. LMAO.

agree completely.does anybody remember the Cb from Oregon last year? he went in the 7th but the browns released him.

We'll see that's what makes the draft fun. He'd be a FA target for me, but all it takes is one team.

Does anyone know if Jaylon had insurance against injury for his pro career? What a tough pill to swallow.

Smith's going to go undrafted. Or he should.

Jack's a tough one. I'd probably take a chance on him at #34. Definitely not in the top 10 unless I had more info on the knee than is being made available right now. I can't see how anyone could take him and feel good about it with other good players still on the board.

It's a shame for both these guys. They're great players. You gotta feel for Smith, especially, going healthy for 39 games or whatever it was and then getting hurt in the last game of his career to put his pro career in doubt.

I would throw a 6th at Smith for sure. The odds of those guys becoming anything of value is probably relatively similar to Smith making a full recovery. And if those odds are similar, Smith hitting is likely to be exponentially more valuable than what I would consider a hit on a 6th Rd pick.

It's probably moot because some better team with more depth will use a 3rd or 4th on him. I wouldn't touch him there.

That's a bit much, but they're certainly worth our first 2 comp. picks...

If he lasts to the 6th, then he's probably going undrafted. I used to think that we should draft him in the sixth, not so sure now. Maybe the last sixth round pick.

Because Ekpre-Olomu is till rehabbing, scheduled to be 100% by TC. Believe another team has already picked him up on waivers. I would have taken him with a 7th, the kid was a first round talent when healthy. Reminds me of Ronde Barber.
