this make no sense why would we trade Henry ?? What young talented CB on our roster would force such a move?

Jenkins or Scan

The talk about trading any of our CB's other than Ball or Ogelsby is premature. It looks like Jones will be reinstated and early indications are that he is going to keep his nose clean. However, you can't count on that yet. He's one of the field incident from being gone for good.

I told you all about Scandrick two weeks ago. This guy is for real. He's lightning fast and has flashed in EVERY game. I'm on record saying he's a player the only question is to where he falls in the scheme of things with Pac and Jenks in front of him. At this point, it's clear he's the more NFL ready player then Jenks. But Jenkins ability is outrageous, so we'll see.

I still don't see all this crazy ability of Jenkins. He gives big cushions to the WR's, like Reeves used to do.

Thats not his fault. He is mostly playing in a zone coverage not man.

Can't you play zone without having a 10 yard gap between you and the WR?

It could be a coaching thing, but it's lame when a good WR can run a good route and totally take advantage of the big cushion.

Well I called it on draft day, I loved this pick! I think he's a real football that understands the game and is a "natural"... He's already better than Oglesby and Ball.

So that's why his face looks funny. I thought it was strange that he had "Wilson" stamped on his forehead.:

I posted this the other night but it was hijacked -

We have a SERIOUS cut issue at CB. We need to trade one of the younger corners or Henry. Pacman and Tnew start and we have so much young talent there we can't cut that.

Especially with lack of depth at WR

What are you saying?:crossed:

you can, it's usually a coach's decision how far you play off the man in a zone

but Mike Jenkins' big strength coming out of college was his man-coverage ability, he's long, fast and can recover pretty well from mistakes

I think because it's preseason and he's not that well-versed in zone, that they are having him work on it alot
