Evans might be the best type of WR for Wright to cover.

Evans wins with size/length.
- He has not faced many CBs with the length of Wright.

Obviously Evans outweighs Wright significantly but they have similar speed and similar limitations in short area quickness.

The correct response is

They better not leave him one on one with Evans. There will be a ton of PI's and long balls to Evans.

I’d rather Brown even though Brown is better.
Both Brown and Smith are unique, and excellent wrs.
Both are 6'1", Brown is just bigger at 226lbs and Smith is 175lbs, which actually surprised me.
Always assumed that Brown was taller.
Brown is the more physical threat, while Smith is the more athletically gifted, shiftier, quicker out of cuts, but both are hard to defend.
IMHO opinion Diggs is the best vs Smith in man, while if Wright vs Brown will need some help over the top.
Figuring out the secondary a bit vs TB, will go a long way in how this secondary defends vs those two high threats.
Bottom line regardless has to be handling the Eagles RPO with Hurts.

So, is Wright the guy?

Who do you see starting on monday night at CB2?
At this point I don't believe that TB has a clue, that could be a good thing.
I'm happy that Jerry hasn't come out and announced it.
What the opponent doesn't know is to our advantage, loose lips sinks ships.

I don’t know if I am totally on board with this line of thinking, but based on the draft comments when Wright was drafted, this is the exact type of matchup he was drafted for.

I guess time will tell if DQ was right on this pick. The was not big on it at the time and even less so now. Let’s hope that DQ was right and I was wrong on this pick.

All this is moot because it sounds like Rhodes is getting to start Monday night. I don't think they will move Diggs with any receiver. I think he will stay at RCB and Rhodes will stay at left with Bland in the slot. It will be interesting to see if the Cowboys do anything different at safety to support the passing defense.
