If you could name just THREE of your very favorite movies that you know you can watch over and over again no matter how many times ... and you still could never get tired of them.. which 3 movies would those be ?

Mine:
1) Training Day
2) Casino
3) Crash (don cheadle, terrence howard)

3?? Only 3???? Man, I thought I was tough with a top 10 and you didn't even give us the leeway of genre. I would have a hard enough time with the genre but just 3 movies is tough. You are going to force me to get 1 each from my 3 favorite genres. Looks like that what ole Hot Sauce Feline did.

The Godfather
Black Hawk Down
Aliens

Going strictly by the OP's requirements...

1. Aliens
2. Die Hard
3. Kill Bill: Volume I

I try not to make generalizations but there may not be a big fan of Kill Bill: Volume I than myself. I bought the movie on Blu-Ray, have watched it too many times, but will STILL stop and re-watch it while channel surfing.

To this day, I believe Uma Thurman was cheated out of an Oscar Best Actress nomination for the Kill Bill movies. Thankfully, Sigourney Weaver was nominated for Aliens, although she did not win (thanks Marlee Matlin).

If I had to name one movie I have seen even more than those two, it would be the original Die Hard. It is one of those rare movies I will never understand why anyone would judge as good, fair or worse. It is not the greatest movie of all-time in my opinion but it is a great all-around action movie through and through.

EDIT: All three movies are filled with great dialogue but here are my favorite of favorites quotes from each film:

Aliens: These people are DEAD Burke! Don't you have any idea what you have done here? Well, I'm gonna make sure they nail you right to the wall for this! You're not gonna sleaze your way out of this one! Right to the wall!

Die Hard: Yippee-ki-yay <expletive>.

Kill Bill Volume 1: [Speaking with Hanzo about him making her a sword] Because MY vermin is a former student of yours. And considering the student, I'd say you have a rather LARGE obligation. [Then slowly writes Bill's name silently on a frosted window pane/mic drop]

You have a part one as one of yours. Lives hang in the balance.

lol. You are right but I do not re-watch Kill Bill Volume II nearly as often as I do the first part. Gotta stick to the OP's criteria. :p

five to 10 choices makes it too easy, three is more of a brain stretcher and forces process of elimination
what happens everytime I've ask one this question, they'll immediately think of another must have favorite that forces them to change their top three choices
I've had to do so myself that took out
American gangster, Forrest Gump , Friday, Brooklyn finest, Sin City, and Equalizer 1
